1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Assetide service, you agree to these terms of use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
Assetide is a web application for managing collectibles. It enables recording, value tracking, and collection analysis. The site may also include articles and recommendations about collecting; some content may be generated by AI based on publicly available sources.
3. User Account
Sign-in via Google account is required to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
4. Usage Rules
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, not to upload harmful content, and not to disrupt the service operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
All service content (design, code, texts) is protected by copyright. Data you upload remains your property.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, financial losses, or damages arising from using the service. Information, prices, and automated estimates may be inaccurate or outdated; verify before making important decisions. External services (e.g., Google/Firebase/eBay) are operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes through the application. These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
