Frequently Asked Questions
Is Assetide free?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 100 items, a price estimate when you add an item, an automatic refresh once a month, charts, statistics and CSV import. Premium (unlimited items, refresh every 15 days) is coming soon.
Is my data safe?
Data is stored on Google's Firebase infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. You sign in with your Google account; no password is created or stored by Assetide.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Assetide is designed mobile-first and works in any modern browser on phone, tablet and desktop.
How do I import an existing collection?
Export your spreadsheet as CSV with item names in the first column and use Import CSV in the app. Assetide adds every item and estimates its price.
Where do the prices come from?
Each item is matched against sold listings on eBay US. Extreme outliers are removed, title match and condition are weighed, and the result is converted to EUR at the daily European Central Bank rate. Prices are estimates, not guarantees.
How often are prices updated?
Free accounts refresh automatically once a month; Premium every 15 days. Adding a new item triggers an immediate estimate.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
The Standard account is free with a limit of 100 items and monthly price updates. Premium offers unlimited items and updates every 15 days. Both plans include instant price update when adding a card.
